She set an appointment time, showed up when expected, and delivered a quote with several options within a day or two. She also put me in touch with Carl Strempke to build a stone wall unit to house our electric fireplace and mounted TV. In all we had our owner’s suite closet redone, added several cabinets in the garage, turned a blah den into a great library by adding a wall of shelves and closed cabinets, built the wall in the living room, and on each side added lighted floating shelves and cabinets. I couldn’t be happier with Lisa, Carl, and their teams!”

“Shopped today at La-Z-Boy in Chandler with Joe. We went in to get 1 recliner for me. His service was outstanding. He made sure that I 'fit' & all was perfect for the recliner - feet on floor, seat not too deep. He showed me several different ones that he felt were right for me. He took his time & showed me all the different options. After I decided on the chair I was interested in, my husband decided to try one for him. We ended up purchasing 2 chairs & since our La-Z-Boy sofa bed is old & the mattress is very worn, we had Joe show us the mattresses for our sofa bed. They had one that is a 'blow-up' mattress & should be perfect for any visitors we may have. Joe explained the features of all the chairs & the mattress. So, after wanting 1 recliner, we ended up with 2 & a sofa bed mattress - all for really great prices. Joe was extremely helpful & I would recommend him & La-Z-Boy to anyone - the quality of their furniture, their warranties & their customer service are the best.
