“Bought a fridge last week and when we got it to our clinic, unfortunately the door was damaged. Called and the lady was super nice and advised to return for an exchange. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridge's door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.”

“I love Home Depot but this location doesn't seem as inviting. I don't like when I'm walking around a giant warehouse to be told it's on such n such aisle and basically find it by yourself after that. 20 minutes later, I did find what I needed. I went out to the garden center to just look at plants. I don't get a lot of natural sun light at my place so I asked the guy if there were any plants that could live despite not having so much sun. He said "sure, just go to Michael's" I asked what for? He said "fake plants that are made out of silk" I just said thanks for your help and left. I'll definitely go back to Home Depot but that trip left me a little jaded.”

She started chatting with my kids and then offered us water since it was hot! She told us about the kids Saturday event they do the first Saturday of every month. “I'm a huge fan of The Dollar Tree for cheap teaching supplies and quick kid presents. As far as Dollar Trees go, you will always find some interesting characters. The Richfield location is no exception. I've definitely had to wait a LONG time multiple times. However, it is usually the customer, not the employee. For example, I waited 12 minutes last week because a woman's debit card wasn't working. It was clear it was declined because of her and the store was too nice to just tell her. That was sweet but also, probably needed to consider the other patrons. Overall, the employees are nice and they do a good job of restocking.”
