“I have now worked with MSW on 2 jobs. One was a roof installation/ replacement and another was a repair on a different roof. I am so glad i found this company. Right now it is hard finding good companies that do good work. Heck, it is hard to get anyone to pick up a phone and spend a little time with you explaining things. I have not had any issue with our roof or the repair roof. Communication is great! They are fair priced. Show up when they say they are going to and so easy to work with. Robert (owner) was hands on and even busy he took the time to take care of all our roofing needs. I can not say enough good things about this company. This is the only company you need to call. I simply saw them working on my neighbor's house and called their number because it was time to get my roof fixed. The owner Shawn picked up the phone right away and was at my house within hours to discuss what I needed. He was very thorough and you can tell he has been doing this for a long time. The bid price was fair and straightforward. No hidden fees, no unanticipated change orders, and no salesmanship. Shawn was very responsive to all of my emails. The roofers finished the job in one day, and they went so far as to clean up any mess they made around my house too. At one point a roofer did the courtesy of watering my annuals in the front yard. Just quality people all around and I would recommend this company to anyone.”
