They put you right at ease and make the experience truly stress free. Listen to their instructions about not having coffee at least 4 hours to your float and any other instructions they give you. All the information they give you is so helpful. My husband and I purchased our membership and are going to bring our oldest daughter next. There's only one derogatory thing to add there was a guy there with long black hair and he didn't seem as if he wanted to help anyone. “The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They checked in on us often as we waited for our puppy to be seen. I’m rating it a 4 star only because we waited 8 1/2 hours to be seen by the vet. (We understand there are emergencies, but that’s still a long time to wait) So, as a piece of advice, please make an appointment, we called ahead of time to see if we should make one and they recommended that we just go for a walk in. Other than that we have no complaints. We loved the environment and know that our puppy was in good hands. We will definitely be returning.”

It wasn't - it was awesome! Tammy did my full set with dip and they are beautiful. She was prompt & friendly and I really enjoyed visiting with her. I got my gel pedicure by Helen and it was great! She was funny and very nice. Felt my "minty" calves all the way home! Absolutely no issues or complaints from me; this place is a gem! Everyone in there was nice. My nails are gorgeous. “This is my favorite Panera Bread. The layout is great because you can sit up front near the entrance to people watch or hang out further back in a secluded booth for privacy. The employees are always happy to serve you and during the pandemic they didn't horribly alter their hours like many other Panera Breads at the time or close off the dining room.”

She got him transferred quickly and communication was top notch. The experience we had with archstone was exceptional. The place is clean and staff is attentive. Nursing and therapists were top notch. I highly recommend archstone care center and wanted to thank the entire staff for everything they did to help aid my dad in his recovery!!”
