She talks *with* you and not *to* you, which I also think is really important. She involves you in healthcare decisions, and takes your opinion into consideration. She always answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed. She also has a full-time phlebotomist (who is also great) in her office so when she orders labs, you don't have to go to an outside lab and wait if you don't want to. I've had labs drawn a few times at this office and never once has the phlebotomist missed a vein.”
