“Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and well organized. We went to the photo center to get an old disposable camera developed and the wait was 3-5 business days. When we asked if there was any place that could do it sooner the kind gentleman told us there was a CVS that could. I don’t know of very many establishments that would recommend a competitor’s store to their shoppers. Definitely would recommend. They treat you like a person, not just a customer.”

“I was hesitant to go here for a return of an online order because of all the negative reviews. So, I called ahead to confirm that they could accept my return. The employee who answered the phone was very nice and gave me all the details to ensure that the return went smoothly: bring receipt and credit card used, and she noted the time the store closed, to be sure things worked out. When I got to the store (no thanks to Google Maps which put me in a residential neighborhood!) a different employee waited on me. She was pleasant and professional. The return was made easily and without hassle. I would definitely consider doing business with this store again.”

“I have been getting my brows done by Paula for about a year and I am always pleased with her work and artistry! She is incredible! She maintains my shape and respects what I want. She is very sweet and kind. I live in Chandler, but because I'm particular about my brows I drive to Gilbert because I've tried multiple people that are closer but no one can do brows like Paula. Sadly I am moving to California, but I'll still be visiting Arizona for family and plan to coordinate my brow waxes with Paula whenever I visit! Thank you for keeping my brows looking flawless Paula!
