“Always great customer service. We went in looking like bums because we had been camping for 2 weeks, and were still treated so very well. My husband and I and our 3 kids, the twins are infants. They made us feel like we wanted to stay again and again! Brought extra towels and soaps to the room and even paid attention to make sure to get enough for all of us. Amazing phone customer service too!!!! If we could just live here, we would! Haha great team!!!”

“We were stuck in a predicament while traveling to our new home state and it was extremely distressing to say the least. Long story short, we needed a hotel quickly and when I called Candlewood Suites in Buda, Rossie quickly took care of our needs over the phone. Not only was she professional, she was sympathetic and really helped to alleviate the stress I was under. When we arrived, we found the room extremely clean and spacious. The water pressure is great and you can do laundry at their facilities, which is a God-send when you’re traveling with a toddler and pets. Thank you so much to Rossie for helping my family feel at home. She is a true testament to the fact that one nice person can really change your entire day/outlook.”

While it was clean, it's clear that they need to freshen up the place and do some upgrades because it definitely looks aged! Not the worst by any means but that's just about the only thing I saw that needed some tlc. Aside from that, was able to rest well, shower good and had plenty of room! Beds are comfortable.”

“Extremely grateful to the staff who worked with us and were able to get us in for a viewing on very short notice. Our son was in town for only 24 hours and wanted to say goodbye to his Grandfather. We did not know a viewing had to be scheduled days in advance, and when we called the staff worked hard with us to accommodate our family and my son was able to pay his final respects. I will forever be grateful to them for allowing him the opportunity.”

“We are locals who just wanted to get a change of scenery for the weekend. This did the trick! Accomodations are rustic so you have to know this and make sure your expectations are set accordingly. This is what we wanted for the charm and amazing scenery. We were super cozy and staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Breakfast was also fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We booked here for a week during our vacation. It was a great choice, the location is a short drive away from everything. Breakfast every morning. The pool is great, water temperature was always perfect. The only down side right now is you have to request things for your room, but its because of covid things that are still in place. Its a very simple process, you just have to make sure to get it downstairs. Our room faced the super bright billboard out front and the first night it was somewhat bothersome but after that we figured out how to get the curtains just right and we didn't mind it. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Updated. Has laundry, workout room, ice machine, pool etc everything you could need for a stay. Chris, the guy working the front desk the days we were there was so helpful and friendly. He always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. We had lots of questions being as we were from out of town, he always had great recommendations on both local attractions and restaurants. Sherry, she was one of the housekeepers and she was also fantastic. Anytime we needed something she was always on top of it, she was also extremely helpful and friendly.”

“I am a rewards customer for Best Western and I travel extensively. This hotel was Great. The staff was friendly and housekeeping stopped by my room to make sure everything was OK with my room (how thoughtful). It's the little things that separate the good from the Great! Breakfast was on point! Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and a myriad of other items. The only con was: the night stand was really scratched up but everything was great.”
