“Super friendly staff. Typical Marriott property. You get what you are expecting, which is not a bad thing. Clean, although some mold spots along edges of walk in shower. Rooms are plenty spacious enough to air out and spread out hockey gear. Not too much noise bleed through, but some from inner walls. Hallway noise was minimal. Plenty of parking too. It’s off the main road, but easily accessible and actually in a quiet area by other known chains.”

“When I found out my household had lice I was stressed and freaking out. I went in a Mel took care of us. She was very knowledgeable about lice and their habits. She offered pleasent conversation and assured we would not be back and that we were lice Free. Walking out of there I felt a sense of relief and Mel made my bad day better and kept me happy even while I was freaking out in the chair. Let's just say it was worth going in and just spending the money rather then trying to do it myself.”

“This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and the beds are almost too comfortable. They provide niceties like robes and slippers that you normally only get at a high priced hotel. They also provide a complenentary hot breakfast, not just store bought muffins and Danish like at those chain motels. The staff is very friendly and quick to address requests. And the parking is free! I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm anywhere the San Gabriel valley.”

“I always enjoy starting in a Marriott but this courtyard in Mesa was exceptional. We received excellent service at the front desk and were always greeted with a smile at breakfast time. The hotel was kept very clean, especially considering recent guidelines due to COVID-19. Even the pool area was kept very best and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity.”

“As I drove into kiva lodge here in Mesa I was personally a fan of the Adobe style building and rooms..I went to open the office doors .locked. its always locked rang the bell and it took about a minute to get to the night window not so bad especially since the lady that answered was asleep I think...anyways I paid a great price for the room went into my room and to be honest was a tiny bit disappointed..only cuz the bed is as big as the room and the microwave plate dont spin other then that room was pretty clean not the cleanest but it's better then others I been in. it provided me with a wall table microwave and mini fridge and a pretty good TV I think wifi is extra (bout to ask later) and a chair so I can sit outside wasn't confturbal but just being able to sit outside the room was nice..i was expecting to see bedbugs and roaches and i haven't seen any still.. water was definitely hotter the other motels and the vending machine is only 75 cents..been here about a week and I would recommend if your on hard time”
