“Yen Ching Mandarin Restaurant is a well-known hole in the wall Asian restaurant that has been around in Mesa, Arizona for almost 30 years, and this is our first time enjoying it! After walking past the waiting area, I did not expect to see and feel a elegant and relaxing atmosphere. We ordered shrimp and snow peas, Yen Ching signature Mongolian beef, what's a side of Crab puffs and sweet and sour soup. Every item ordered was to imperfection, and so was our service. “I was a walk-in client, so I understood that meant I would need to wait. While I waited, the new girl up front offered both me and my dog water which I thought was kind. Eventually, I was offered the opportunity to come back at 4 PM to be seen as an appointee since someone had canceled. When I made it back just before 4, my dog was almost immediately seen and treated. The veterinarian was very kind and thorough. She even went the extra mile for transparency in generating a quote for best and worst-case scenarios in the event my dog would require surgery (which thankfully it doesn't seem to have come to that). At the appointment, their focus was on caring for my dog. Then, AFTER treating him, we discussed payment for service. Thankfully they offered a payment plan since I didn't have $700 to drop on an emergency appointment. Then, this morning, I received a text from the office asking me how my dog was doing. This is the ONLY vet office in Arizona (main metro areas) that I have found that genuinely prioritizes the care of the animal, and for that reason, I would absolutely recommend this veterinary office to my family and friends, and anyone else with a furry, four-legged family member.”

“I'm going to start off by saying the care here is most certainly 5 stars. We love the teachers and how well informed we are about our baby throughout the day. In terms of care I have never had a daycare care for one of my kids so well. They are also affirdable given the daycare market right now. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my son is constantly getting sick since starting, which I expected to a lesser degree. But it's been nearly every other week since we started and we still have to pay for the days our baby can't attend due to illness, which is difficult when you have to take time off and not get paid to care for the child. I'm frustrated because I experienced illness with my other child when she entered daycare but not to this degree, and I never paid for the days she couldn't attend due to illness. But the quality of care was nowhere near this facility. I don't know if it's parents just dropping off sick kids and trying to get away with it the exposing everyone else (which isnt their fault), or an issue with cleaning. But according my our pediatrician even babies shouldn't be getting sick this much even in daycare and our son is healthy. So that's my only drawback.”
