Yesterday, I had an appointment with personal banker, Michelle Cerna, to handle closing my deceased mom's bank accounts. Michelle called me ahead of time to discuss my banking needs so that she could make sure my banking needs and to make sure I brought the necessary paperwork to complete the transactions. She did an amazing job & it wasn't a typical, routine type process at all. Her attention to detail is outstanding. I love my new hair!! One final note. This was my first time ever having her do my hair. She had done my daughter's hair the previous week & she did a great job on hers, too. (It was also my daughter's first appointment with Sara) I felt very comfortable making an appointment with Sara after seeing my daughter's hair. And, I am so glad I did! She is great!! Prices are a bit higher than east side shops but it’s not enough to prevent me from shopping here. Purely based on customer services they are top notch. Not only that they have more stock of products from smoke shop smoking needs, to dispensary MMJ items. More stock that most others here in Norman. Definitely a great shop. It’s run extremely well. “Great company and great service. Always show up when they say they will and always put down delta dust at every egress. Very thorough with they’re work and it’s usually Shawn’s brother that shows up, every time. I have used them for 3.5 yrs and never a new face. Very trustworthy as I’ve never needed to escort them through the property or inside the house. As a person that is a native of AZ, I can attest the delta dust stops crickets and scorpions. These guys are one of the only ones that use it and they use liberal amounts! It’s white powder that they put at the corners of the entrance points in the home. It’s not pretty but it keeps you from having to take a toddler at 1am to the emergency room for a scorpion sting. Trust me these guys know their stuff, this is what they do! Scorpions are no joke! Thank you for everything Shawn! The wife convinced me to move to a small farm town in Iowa, in exchange for my own ride on lawn mower and all the snow I could want!
