He helped me pick out a great mattress along with giving me advice on a base to pair it with. He was informative without pressuring me to buy, and I left to think it over and make a decision. I called back the next day to order and they remembered the mattress I had looked at, it was extremely easy to get a delivery scheduled with pretty minimal lead time. “Had a charging issue. Made an on-line appointment and agreed to their on-line cost amount too. Received a call to come early for potential repair while waiting. Upon arrival I was met promptly. The young woman who had called quickly made an assessment, asked me to briefly wait and disappeared into the back. Within 2 minutes she returned with my phone and the good news that the charge port was dirty and that she cleaned it. “No charge” she cheerily declared. If this doesn’t demonstrate integrity and professionalism to you (especially in this often distrustful environment), I don’t know that anything will. I left very happy...and a small token of my appreciation too.”

I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands.
