“This is a great place to go in groups. the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing; there’s such fun paintings, the lighting, the outdoor seating area.. it’s great. Not too many waiters that I saw, perhaps because it was slow. Their customer service was nice; very understanding and attentive. The pricing is amazing! Very very affordable; I paid less than 30 for two; including extra side and drink. The food was good. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad or the excessive fat on the pork belly, but the wings were great; crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. not too spicy though; the Nashville hot was nowhere near as hot as I expected it to be, but it’s not necessarily a bad thing; they were still flavorful. As for the pork belly I had ordered, I’ve ordered it at other places before and really not a picky eater, but I could not stomach the extra fat; at times, it grossed me out to the point that I couldn’t finish it. Aside from the fat, the rest of the pork belly was delicious. The meat was flaky on the outside but juicy on the inside and the sauce was perfect. The mac & cheese is great not sure if it was oven baked or not, but definitely creamy.”

“I loved the relaxed atmosphere of Angel’s Trumpet. I’ve met friends here several times just for drinks so I haven’t had the opportunity to try their food yet but I’ve heard it’s great. I had seen on their menu that they offer a house made pop tart (with rotating flavors monthly) and stopped in to get one (to-go). I’m so glad I did because it was delicious! The staff are always very friendly and make the experience even better.”

“I have to admit, when were were referred here, I immediately thought college rum joint.... hmmmm? Was I wrong! This is a beautiful little neighborhood establishment that takes great pride in its offerings. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and had passion for what they do. We had a lovely meal, drinks and dessert. All choices were excellent and our server was perfect. If you have an opportunity, please check them out! Absolutely amazing! Quite possibly one of the best entree's I've had in Phoenix. Had the Tamarind Fish, like I said above, amazing! Awesome cocktails, friendly employees and relaxing atmosphere. What else could you ask for?”

“Enjoyed the Affogato style of gelato (choose any flavor) served in a martini glass with pour over shot of Borghetti expresso liqueur and a shot of hot expresso. Ask for a straw! So refreshing after a walk thru Japanese Friendship Garden. Park across the street from Pomo Pizza on 1st Street (meter, coins). As you cross to Poma notice the sineage for "Luna Gelatereia" external walk up window. Can order and eat it inside along with Poma's offerings. Very helpful service.”

“Cool spot for a drink and hangs. The indoor is well done and the outdoor has great vibes! Tried some of their cocktails and had some pedal haus beer (few of theirs on tap) Didn’t stick around for food, but looked pretty dope to definitely try again! Not a huge fan of the outdoor area open for smoking, makes me limited inside a bit. But nothing that wrecked the evening just worth knowing.”

“The aesthetic is nice and has pretty good ambience.. they have typical bar food on the menu and fairly affordable drinks. They serve food until about 1am so it's a perfect place to go wind down after work, if you work late. The staff are super laid back and make you feel right at home, the local crowd is also super friendly. One of my favorite bars in all of Phoenix.”

“Good sushi spot with great presentation of the food. The miso wasn’t that good along with their cucumber salad but, we got the Tiger ( a bit big for one bite), Vegas, Rising Sun, and one I can’t remember the name rolls and they were good. Also the water they give you was the worst water I’ve tasted from a restaurant in a while it wasn’t cold and didn’t have ice. Our server was decent but not terrible because we were at the bar. I would recommend checking this place out because the sushi was good, creative, and the atmosphere was welcoming.”

“I love Dvina. I love the staff. I love the venue up front and the back area is doper than SP's outside area. I love house. When I want to dance to house in PHX chances are I'm doing it at Dvina. “This place is the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. Dropped in for a consultation, and two days later I was in for my appointment. The artists are INCREDIBLY talented and also very versatile, so whatever you’re looking for you’ll be able to find in their portfolios. My artist was Jentle.Death and she KILLED it! I gave her a concept and what I was thinking, and she went and drew up a unique design and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome (except for when it’s fully healed up!). Great value for the time spent and if you find the artist you’re looking for TRUST THEM: they won’t let you down!”

“Omg the heat that keeps on giving!! I came in this morning for a chicken taco salad and asked for whatever spicy salsa they have. I took my meal to go and I'm glad I did, cause this salsa is HOT. And it's the kind of hot that punishes you for asking but invites you back for another taste. I am in a twisted relationship with my taco salad, but you dont understand what it's like when we're alone (it's spicy and fresh!). Get yer fine a** in there and get some food. I cant believe how good it is.”
