I had a couple of issues (track for the seat cushion was not latched and cracked tab on one of the arms) with a Herman Miller chair that was shipped to me from NYC and brought it into the warehouse on Friday. To manage expectations, Martin (Warehouse Service contact) told me that if they need/have the parts in the warehouse, it would be ready on Monday. And if not, they would need to order the parts which could take 4-6 weeks. As promised on Monday, the track on the seat cushion was fixed. And to save me another 20+ minutes each way trip, Martin and his manager came up with a solution to resolve the cracked tab on the arm. Additionally, being new in Phoenix, my Waze navigation sent me to the wrong location when i went to drop of the chair and Brian, the service coordinator, stayed on the phone and helped me navigate my way to the warehouse. Thank you so much Martin, Martin’s manager and Brian for a providing fantastic customer experience!”

“Dr Knecht is an amazing doctor. I have seen her since she was at Barrows. Between Dr. Knecht and Amber I know I can get my questions answered very quickly. Only problem I ever have is sometimes they are booking appointments very far out. If there is truly an emergency issue though I know I can get in sooner. Dr Knecht will take her time and get to know you and is very thorough. After seeing a few endocrinologists with very poor bedside manners she listened to me and was finally able to help get my thyroid under control.”

“My husband and I stopped in this shop briefly as it caught our eye as we drove by. We found this GORGEOUS vintage vanity from around 1946 (according to what I could find on google). The woman who was behind the counter was so nice and helped me move the piece to the front of the shop. They’re priced super reasonably, the vanity was marked for $89. It was a bit beat up, but with some new paint, and some wooden detail on the drawers, along with new drawer pulls, the vanity looks brand new and looks like it cost me a lot more.”

I don't know what they are doing but it was a TOTALLY different experience than last time! The service was impressively quick. Whoever took my order was very polite and carried herself very well. When i got to the window i was greeted with a smile and i was asked how my day was, something that i had never seen happen before. The food was great, the tacos were crispy but not overly greasy. The fries were fresh and crispy as well. I was very pleased with my recent experience. I think that they are heading in the right direction and wish them nothing but success!”

“I am SO sad to see this store closing!!! We happened to be in the area today and stopped by for a last opportunity to browse the selection. While there we had a wonderful conversation with the owner. The owner cares so much about the health and safety of himself and the customers, that he demanded a woman cover her face with her mask she was wearing as a chin strap. There are clearly signs posted EVERYWHERE that your nose and mouth must be fully covered at all times. During our conversation with the owner, this other customer proceeded to invade my boyfriend’s personal space WITHOUT HER FACE COVERED. The owner kindly asked her to cover her nose and mouth, all while she proceeded to ignore him and move closer towards us. He was finally able to get her attention and sternly demanded that she follow the rules in place. Stunned she walks away, then comes back to announce her departure. Words are of course exchanged since she feels the need to cause a scene during her tantrum. She even went as far as screaming “I’M A DOCTOR!!”; thus further proving his point of why a mask is necessary. This is a beautiful shoppe with a lot to offer! Don’t miss an opportunity to stop by, but please remember to be respectful and kind when doing so ♥️”

“Sandwiches are always made fresh to order, good menu selections. Love the soups and Mac and cheese. They should just go away with the 6 feet away stickers on the floor, you stand so close to the people in line with those finishing their orders and adding veggies. Then on the other side the high tops are open for customers so kinda cramped. Not too bad if you order ahead and just walk in the grab order. Can't really do anything to fix it as it's their normal layout.”
