“I am a rewards customer for Best Western and I travel extensively. This hotel was Great. The staff was friendly and housekeeping stopped by my room to make sure everything was OK with my room (how thoughtful). It's the little things that separate the good from the Great! Breakfast was on point! Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and a myriad of other items. The only con was: the night stand was really scratched up but everything was great.”

“Great Staff and Drew.. I have been with Drew for over 30 years, I have everything with Drew and Would trust no one else. Drew advised me on what Life Insurance product to purchase which I ended up using when my Wife passed. He advised me to get Long Term care, I did and it was very helpful when my wife was very sick. I could go on and on. BTW the negative review and from the money investment guy, he needs to pay his bill then he wont get a cancel notice. Sound like sour grapes to me.. If you know Drew, he isnt that way.”

“Everything about this Hotel was so wonderful. After leaving another resort and booking this one last minute I was so impressed. This Hotel made my birthday weekend special and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. The only problem was we booked a king bed and we got two queens. But this hotel fixes their mistakes and they did switch us rooms so we had a king. The two bell hops John and (can't remember his name) were so fantastic and friendly. They made sure that we had everything we needed and were talkative. Once we settled in we took a walk around the property and it is so beautiful. They have like 6 pools so most of the time you could find one and be alone or with few people there. I really enjoyed the Hidden Valley pool as it was quiet most of the time and the adults only pool that was 21+. Everyone was so friendly and nice asking if they could do anything for you. They had shuttles you could take from one part of the hotel to the other so you didn't need to walk everywhere. I really enjoyed myself and I definitely will be going back.”
