“I was tasked to get my daughter a new phone because hers broke. I think this is phone 5. There was so much info they needed that I didn’t have-pin,password,etc,etc. Jackie, a wonderful and knowledgeable young lady tried so hard to help me. We even worked with another Metro office 35 miles away. Long story short, I got a cashiers check to pay for the phone over at my daughters Metro office. Know I had spent 2 hours and then 45 minutes over to her store. They did not take checks! Really? My store at Union Hills and 7th Street made a bad day better. The one on Brown Road in Mesa did not want to help in any way. Wouldn’t call a supervisor to see if they could take my check. They even told me to go cash the cashiers check made out to Metro PCS. She did not know that was illegal. Jackie thank you so much for your patience and fantastic customer service. You could teach the staff at my daughter’s Metro store about customer service. I’ll be back to your store.”

“This is the best wireless phone store in Phoenix. I have called multiple stores requesting a phone case for my Google pixel 3a and she was the only one that carried it. She had a special where you buy a phone case and get a tempered glass screen installed for such a reasonable price. I will refer everyone I know to the store. They have cables, phone cases for every phone, chargers, headsets, Bluetooth, charging ports, and everything else you need for your portable device. She has so many deals and such a wide assortment of products it's ridiculous. I wish I could go to her more often. I am so happy with my purchase and The price was right. My brand new upgraded cell phone is fully protected now and I feel much more secure. Go in check it out find a good deal and leave happy. ????????????”

Had to go back in two days later, just to discuss my plan again and had the pleasure working with Maria Camacho, who was able to go over the contract again and give advice about another upgrade. “Called around to a few places & everywhere was $20-$40 more expensive for an iPhone screen repair. Came in & was instantly helped. He didn’t ask for money up front & went to work right away. It took him 15 min to finish it. He made sure I was completely satisfied with it before money ever changed hands. He even gave me a screen protector for only $5. My only complaint if any would be that the fingerprint sensor no longer works on the phone. He told me because it being an after market part it wouldn’t work on the iPhone which is understandable. At the end of the day I would rather have a fixed screen than the cracked screen that was falling apart any day. All in all I would recommend this shop & would come back any time my phone needs any kind of repair.”
