He wrapped my mom in her favorite Disney blanket, after I told him she was always cold. She remained wrapped for her flight to California. Marty took over to care for her preparation, and again he was amazing, and got her to her final home. At some point we all need this service, and Abel is the best place to care for your precious loved ones. Prices are also amazing. I feel blessed We found Abel.”

“Roeder came and picked up my grandma after she left us while being on hospice for 3.5 weeks. They were very kind, very consoling, and very helpful through the whole process. The next day they had us come in and they had everything planned after we told them what we wanted and treated us with great respect and had a very “we are in this as a family” attitude. They are amazing and i highly recommend to anyone who has to go through the heart breaking process of loosing someone to use them.”

“If you find yourself in the horrible position of having to browse Google reviews for mortuaries at 1am I unfortunately can relate. It's hard in the shock of things to pick somewhere for your loved one but I found Shadow Mountain to be a nice place. I honestly have no idea how they compare prices wise but they are a part of Dignity Memorial which seems to own most places now. Pam was very respectful of wishes, showing options, and communicating with me. Their staff that came out that evening was also very kind and compassionate. I was very grateful to have such caring people help when the unthinkable happened.”

“I would highly reccomend Lowmans Funeral Home for services. Our family had graveside services, unfortunately during a rain shower. Bill Lowman was very professional in his actions and showed great sympathy to the family. He quickly provided umbrellas for those unable to find shelter. A military service was provided and after the flag that draped the coffin was given to the family, he made sure flowers were put on the coffin. These are things I am sure are second nature to him but I was impressed by his attentiveness to detail. His actions I am sure gave comfort to the family as they said their final farewells. Thank you Bill Lowman and Lowmans Funeral Home for a job well done.”

“We just had a service from my younger brother who passed unexpectedly. As I was leaving my review, I noticed 3, 1 star reviews. It turns out they are about the same person who lost a cell phone. A cellphone? No mention of the service. This is what’s wrong with online reviews. They allow anyone for any reason to attack a local business. Sorry, after the week we have had as a family, it’s frustrating to see. Because we had a beautiful experience here at a very difficult time in our lives. Renee at Phoenix Funeral was more than just professional and excellent in every way. By the time of the service, it felt like she was a part of our family. We counted on her for everything and she came through. She guided us in a way that I’m convinced no one else could. We received the hearth wrenching call that no one wants to get. My brother had passed and after the initial shock, we didn’t know what was next. I went online and looked for a place nearest his home. I’ll always be grateful for our experience with Renee and Phoenix Funeral. She took our hand and guided us through an otherwise dreadful and confusing process. She answered every question, fulfilled every request, and went above and beyond to make every family member and friend feel welcome.
