I also knew someone who worked there who said that the employees were treated well. Another reason I chose Shane Co. was because they are a family owned business, not a big corporation. Their family has run this business for four generations. There is a huge selection, and their sales people do not work on commission, so they are not pressuring you to buy bigger more expensive jewelry than what you are looking for. Their jewelry comes with an excellent warranty. There is a window in one section of the store where you can watch the jewelers creating/repairing jewelry. Everything is right there for you to watch.
