“I have been seeing Tara for approximately a year. She has got to be the most caring compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapist that I’ve ever worked with. But it’s not just that, she’s also one of the nicest people you will ever meet.She has a great sense of humor which I really think is important in that business. She has unbelievable skills. “Little Cay was good. I had heard about it from someone at work, so I went for take out after work. I've been back once so far and have recommended it to several others. The owner is first to admit this is not straight up food from any one place in the Caribbean. It is a Latin Caribbean fusion. I have enjoyed Caribbean and Latin foods, and the food is excellent. The sauces I've found to be a bit more heat spicy than I've been used to in similar foods (Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Ecuador), so I may avoid those in the future, just a warning to those who have problems with spicy like I do.”
