“Spoke with Josh about some tires for my truck. He was very informative and professional! Not only did he explain the specifics of the tire but clearly outline me the benefits of doing business with him. He didn’t pressure me and gave me a follow up call the next day just to check in. I had received quotes from a few other companies and chose S&S because of Josh and his customer service even though they weren’t the lowest price place. Being in the service industry myself, I can definitely appreciate an employee going the extra mile for a customer especially in an industry where there’s a ton of competition. “So I didn't actually drop off anything for repair or buy anything from here. But I went in with my Craftsman leaf blower that wasn't working. He told me flat out they don't work on them. What it would cost me in repairs I would use on a new one. So kinda don't waste your money kinda thing. Didn't even try to sell me anything in his store. Sent me down to other stores in the area with better prices. The main reason I'm leaving this review is because I don't think the few 1 star reviews are fair. I'm Mexican, don't look like a "good customer" and was treated well and beyond fair. I'll be sure to go in next time I can't fix something on my own. The new echo I bought today works great by the way, better than the Craftsman. Thank you.”

“My Wife and I brought our Model 3 in to get its windows tinted. From the moment my Wife and I walked into their shop we felt welcomed. They explained the entire process with us, and showed us what the final result would look like. They explained how the back window would be tinted since it is an exceptionally large window. It was nice knowing what they were going to do, and how they would do it. Even when we went to pick the car up they brought us around the car, and explained what they did, and made sure everything was to our liking.”

“Recently We had had damage to our truck due to a mouse. We didn’t know about Allen’s and got it fixed elsewhere for a fortune. We were concerned the mouse might be back to cause more damage and someone told us about called Allen’s. I called and they told us they could squeeze us in that day. They did a thorough inspection of the car and thankfully didn’t find anything. Their hourly price was reasonable and, in the end, they didn’t even charge us. We will definitely come back to them if we have any other car maintenance or car repair needs.”

“Every time I go there I get the best service. They spend the time to help you. I purchased 3 batteries from them in the last 4 years. They answer all of my questions and give great advice they know thier stuff. Really. Back in the day. I remember lumber yards used to offer that kind of survive. Where they would have an old guy there that knew everything. Then when the home Depot opened. They had a bunch of kids working there that you can't ask for advice. This place is not like that. You have guys working there that "know" cars. They were mechanics or something of high level knowledge before they worked there. I wish other industries were still like that. Where they hired people with a skill set. So great job! Thanks for hiring real knowledgeable people. So I can get the advice that I need for my car.”

“I had an medical emergency after my deposit on a smaller Lance travel trailer in May 2018 and Matt was very understanding. We took delivery of a larger Lance 1985 on January 29, 2020. We appreciated your patience. Dave did an excellent overview to get us started on our way. We took it on a three day excursion to put it through the paces and everything checked out. “Put an engine in my 1997 Lexus lx 450 aka Toyota land cruiser. So far everything is working good. Hopefully I can keep this rig for a lifetime now. Price was reasonable and work seems to be good. Edit: A few days later the truck developed an oil leak at the front of the engine. Owner reached out to me and agreed to fix it. After several days at the shop it appears to be fixed. Great customer service, they even let me use a vehicle while mine was at the shop.”

“This is our new favorite place! How did I not know about this place before this weekend?! They have so many choices of delicious sweet treats. We went here looking to find a new place to get a variety of sweets and we found it. I got several different butter cookies and macaroons, they melted in my mouth. My hubby got the big daddy and he scarfed it down. My daughter got the cream puff and she ate the entire thing, which means she like it as she is picky. They have breads, cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, frozen Italian meals to take homes, and pizza cooking items. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. It was very affordable, for the 6 items we got we spend just under $8.”

“Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff. The office is so inviting and has a homey feel instead of a cold doctors office. Due to it being December, the office was decked out with Christmas decorations. So beautiful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Veterinarian we saw was very pleasant and helpful.
