The guys at the shop were fantastic. They even drove over night to Las Vegas to pick up parts in order to have it repaired and back to me on time. Shout out to Donald who was fantastic. They gave me a ride home. They offered to pick me up. They were friendly. I feel they were honest and worked hard to save me money yet still get the car repaired properly. They were busy so it did take a bit to get the work finished, but I feel good about the work they did and am happy with the results. I'm glad I picked them and definitely would use them again without hesitation.”

This man answered his phone Sunday morning and made his day off available for a challenging job. This was a tricky removal and installation but he did it in less than 2 hours, no hitches. I proceeded on my trip not regretting any time wasted as I would have at an impersonal chain the following day --- the conversation was friendly, knowledge-able, and my Dad and I were made very welcome during the repair. “Johnson Fowler was pleasant and on time, fixed a problem created by another installer, removed a silly GFI, there were multiple GFIs for the same wiring, but this one was in the ceiling that required older folks to reset using a ladder(a Shea silly installation), repaired my water fountain electrical that kept blowing the gfi, and the charge was very reasonable. We will call them again in a heartbeat.”

They were not suppose to install the battery but let me use their tools. I was able to do it myself, but they suggested a few tricks of the trade to make things easier.
