She, Cody and Chandler stayed after clslosing time to make sure I was taken care of, especially since it's a holiday weekend. I think I have to go into the office to get an appointment because I can't get someone on the phone.When Ms. Rosa ( I think that’s her name) was working I call max twice or leave massage and she will call. Today early in the morning I called numerous times and left three massage at this time still nobody answer. Other than that, the friendliness and care that the staff has for the patient are super.”

“This ranks in my top 3 best hotels I've enjoyed so far in the valley where budget is concerned. Easy enough to find with Google Maps with a good amount of parking, although not sure how this looks over the weekend. The hotel was clean, modern, and the front receptionist was very helpful. We were allowed to check into the room early as soon as we asked. First room had issues with the air conditioner but we were moved quickly to another room without hassle. The room itself was nice and slightly different to what you typically see. Designs are clearly geared for younger adults. There is no refrigerator or microwave which is likely intentional to get people to go buy drinks and food at the hotel bar or neighboring restraints, and also to get people to be more active. There is also no ironing board or iron so just FYI. Overall the bathroom is compact but nice, the bed is comfortable and they actually put the TV in a functional spot. The pool area is nice, balcony for most rooms which is also nice. Lastly please keep in mind the cheapest rooms are fairly small and don't have a balcony. They are good for a shower, bed and TV. Overall good place in my books.”

We were told to take a cab and get a receipt they would reimburse us when we arrived. Even better the front desk clerk came out and paid the cab driver right on the spot! “Amazing experience. We checked in late around 11pm and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with free toothbrushes and toothpaste as we had forgotten ours, and there were free apples. The room itself was very clean and tidy. The hotel is newer and it shows. Again on checkout the staff was very friendly. After we left we received a text that we had left a tablet in the room. We were able to get it back without issue. I wish I could give this place 10 stars, we liked it that much. We didn't try the pool or breakfast.”

“I love this hotel. I typically stay at Embassy. They have all been really nice in every state I visit. Customer service is bar none and super nice. Although they're not doing buffet breakfast due to covid....they are giving guest a "power snack" bag to go...pretty much all day long. Its quieter than normal...because there's not as many guest. I do miss the lively at home atmosphere. It still feels like being in the comfort of your own home....and, that's why its a five. Clean...food...peaceful...clean pool...welcoming staff...I ???? it.”

“Dr. Manisha Purohit delivered my first baby girl couple of weeks ago. She is the best in the business. She treated my wife for PCOS and helped us to conceive this baby. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, easily reachable whenever you need her & warm person. Also, very strict when it comes to weight gaining and following correct diet during pregnancy. “Great property. Front desk staff was friendly, albeit somewhat limited in efficiency as they seemed to be having some delays with their computer system. They handled this with grace and charm. The bartender was very professional, greeting every customer and even though during my week long stay I only went to the bar 2 times, he remembered by drink choice. The rooms are clean, spacious and seem to be recently renovated or just new. The mattress and sheets are very comfortable. The shade on the widow is more of a Roman style shade, which is great for those of you who cannot sleep if there is any light coming through. These provide total blackout conditions. There is a weird blinking light though on the fire alerting system which strobes throughout the night (nothing a hand towel thrown over it cannot handle). When I had housekeeping services, the cleaned the room well but were not as thorough in replacing coffee cups and bottled water. The location is well situated, and because it’s set back from the main roads, it is quiet and peaceful. I’ll certainly stay here on future trips to Tempe and recommend this location to colleagues.”

“This was a pleasant surprise. The front desk had trouble with the computer checking us in, so he upgraded us to a 2BR suite. Both bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. The room had a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace in the living area. The grounds were immaculate, the pool, jacuzzi and gym area were well kept and secured - entrance only with your room card key. The complimentary breakfast was decent, fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, muffibs, toast and excellent coffee. I would definitely stay here again!”

“I stayed here only because my flight got delayed and I missed my connecting flight. The airline put me up in the Best Western for the night. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and the in-room coffee maker was functional. But, the tub kept stopping up and the soap and shampoo dispensers were either empty or not functioning. The in room coffee was stale...I'm guessing not many people actually brew their coffee there; however the free breakfast was more than I expected and the coffee there was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which counts for a lot in my book. I appreciate the stay!”
