“I purchased a Ford F-150 from San Tan Ford in 2020. I began to hear an undetectable noise and was worried they would not be able to repeat it. I asked to drive with the technician and he diagnosed the noise immediately to be my springs. They replaced the isolator pads and all was good. However what was cool was he noticed that my dash had warped, I had not even noticed. They also replaced my dash all under my factory warranty. I was treated with professionalism and the utmost respect. I dropped my truck off and was on my way with a rental in a very short time. The front desk office lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was super sweet & eager to help me figure out a minor issue with my headlight— which wasn’t what I came for—but it was cool of her + mechanic to take a peek at it & recommend a near-future repair, looked up parts I could get, etc. MUCH RECOMMEND! I’ll probably come back to this place, next time I need an oil change or repair.”
