“Bought a fridge last week and when we got it to our clinic, unfortunately the door was damaged. Called and the lady was super nice and advised to return for an exchange. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridge's door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.”

Throughout the selection process, Julie took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. She was also flexible with installation dates. During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. “This is a wonderful store for unique finds and I always enjoy wandering the store for hours to admire all their treasures. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. Their customer service is phenomenal and unmatched--I purchased a tile table from them last summer and reached out to them last week when a few of the tiles became discolored for unknown reasons. They offered to pick up the table, repair/replace the tiles, as well as reseal it. Within a few days, the table was returned home in perfect condition and at no extra cost! “I love Home Depot but this location doesn't seem as inviting. I don't like when I'm walking around a giant warehouse to be told it's on such n such aisle and basically find it by yourself after that. 20 minutes later, I did find what I needed. I went out to the garden center to just look at plants. I don't get a lot of natural sun light at my place so I asked the guy if there were any plants that could live despite not having so much sun. He said "sure, just go to Michael's" I asked what for? He said "fake plants that are made out of silk" I just said thanks for your help and left. I'll definitely go back to Home Depot but that trip left me a little jaded.”
