“June 23, 2021 at 1pm. One of the crew was cleaning tables as I walked in. Everything was clean. Their “high table” has two power outlets 🔌 and two USB outlets - convenient. Friendly, courteous, professional. I had a coupon for a double cheeseburger, fries and drink for only $3, which was taken without any caveats. He remembers us everytime we visit. He is on point with customer service and visits every table, even when it is busy. Did I mention how well-dressed this person is??? Now the food... We love this place! Have NEVER EVER had a disappointing meal here. My favorite is the veal milano. While my dinner guests enjoy the 20 oz bone-in ribeye or the Chilean sea bass. The chef here really knows what he is doing. Try the seafood tower. What a variety of ocean treasures. The oysters right now are delectable! The Waygu meatball appetizer served atop of polenta is very savory. As far as sides go, I highly recommend the acorn squash and roasted Brussel sprouts. We tried the mac and cheese infused with short-ribs last night and we were not disappointed whatsoever. It is a breath of fresh air to have the level of customer service the team at The Embers provides to each patron that comes in. Give them a try if you haven't yet. Bon Appétit!”

The only thing I noticed is different locations have different size shrimp this location long thing pieces and my favorite location in Mesa where they still give you larger size shrimp, they don't skimp on it. The Bean Dip was very bland and flavorless so I added their salsa (quite the kick) and that helped. I won’t order it again though! The Mini Chimis were plentiful (8) and you can get chicken or beef or a mix. I opted for the mix, but regretted not getting ALL beef because the beef Chimis were incredibly delicious! But the Chicken were so dry and flavorless! Definitely order the beef Chimis, you won’t regret it! Perfectly spiced and tender. It’s minced beef! Chips tasted stone ground and the salsa has a kick! There’s a good size Dining Room with a small bar inside left with a few high tops and bar seating. There’s a Take Out side right next to the dining room with a separate outside entrance and can enter from the dining room as well. Small but plenty of parking. Good location. Close to Sprouts and many shops, etc. I’ll have to try them again for other items. Give it a try!”

“This red lobster has been around for so long and it’s always so amazing! Management here does an excellent job and it reflects in the consistency and how good the food is and how awesome the service is. I frequent here’s one of my favorite places to eat in the northwest valley. The restaurant is always clean especially the bathrooms and you can tell the standards are high. My favorite server is Lisa and I highly recommend requesting her if possible when eating at this red lobster location. She’s always on point even when she’s super busy. She has a great smile and personality and always takes great care of me when I come to eat there. Keep up the great work!!!”

“Good Rubios food. Ordered the shrimp tacos and street tacos. They definitely didn’t slump out on loading the tacos with meat, plus they swapped out guacamole for sour cream with no fuss. My only complaint is that there was no clean silverware and the soda machines were out of ice. Even after several employees were notified of the ice situation they didn’t do anything. “The menu has some very unique dishes! Everything is very fresh. Giant Bloody Mary bar. Seating is spacious and comfortable. The outside patio is very nice. 60 degree day and have the heaters on it stayed very comfortable. Server was very nice. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the wait to actually eat food. This could entirely be a one off. It took 50 min to get food from the time we arrived. It was a Monday at 12:30. We did sit on the patio and it was not busy out there. Otherwise everything was great and would return next time I’m in the area.”
