“I thoroughly enjoy Knuckle Sandwiches. If you are looking for the corporate, polished place...this isn’t for you. Knuckle Sandwiches is simple and uniquely designed and they are always striving to improve the experience. The employees are nice and willing to lend a suggestion if needed. The sandwiches are good and it is by far my favorite sandwich spot in the East Valley. Where I gave it 4/5 stars is because of the consistency in quality. While I have not had a bad sandwich some are definitely fresher and better assembled than others. You should definitely support local and give them a try!”

“I believe it was USA Today that wrote an article designating The Stand burger as one of the best in the country. It's a quality burger, for sure. The beef is not greasy, clearly it is lower in fat. This is a plus for me but as you know this means less in the flavor department. A great bun, fresh condiments and a good sauce make up for some missing fatty flavor. We had fries... they're good but not the real crispy variety. We really enjoyed the food, hadn't eaten out for a good while (pandemic woes). Drive thru only is how you get your food. We pulled into the parking lot next door and ate in the car to enjoy everything at it's freshest. Be prepared to wait in a long line... The Stand is very popular!”

It looked really cool. I had like an egg white and deli meat something or other. Can't quite describe it, but that was really yummy too! The spicy sauce that went on top really made the difference. Everything tasted really fresh, not processed or preserved or defrosted. you got to give this place a shot if you haven't tried it yet.”
