“I just can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and Palm Valley Animal Clinic!!! They are theeeeee nicest and caring people to humans and animals!! They have helped us with our senior kitties, going the least invasive roots in order to keep our kitties healthy and happy without extreme measures. It’s hard to find people that don’t charge you an arm and a leg and jump to the largest paycheck procedure (I know from past visits before finding PVAC many years ago at this point) and also can put your animal under more distress. Dr. Hatch and staff is who helped us say goodbye to our dear Waxy two years ago making our experience just a bit easier. We are blessed Kuma isn’t at that stage and that we have a safe, caring, warm place to go for check ups, treatments and peace of mind. “Their are not enough words to describe my gratitude to the Dr and techs at this clinic. They were so caring and patient with me and my little Dasy, who was there for a tooth abscess that ruptured. They made sure she was good and comfortable before taking her back. I was so impressed with the time they took with her and me explaining what had happened and what to expect. Never once did I feel rushed or anything. I was expecting a bill over $200. But after the visit, they cleaned her up, cut her nails, and antibiotics for 2 week's it was $114 and on a payment plan. This is my dogs vet from here on. They have sister clinics all over. This one is 45 minutes from my house , but the way they cared for my little girl, I will drive as long as it takes for that kind of care! Thank you, ladies, so much! We will see you in 2 weeks for her follow-up.”

“I went to Desert Hills Animal Clinic for a second opinion on some blood test results that came back on my dog. I read really good reviews before selecting this clinic and holy cow, I was blown away by this place! We saw Dr. Sheena Tarrant who spent an ENTIRE HOUR with us, answering questions, reviewing previous records and examining my girl. I never felt rushed in any way and she made sure to answer every question as well as explain every aspect of what was going on and options available for treatment. I was truly blown away by this place! 10 out of 5 stars for me, we have already scheduled her next blood draw and will be making Dr. Tarrant our primary vet. Would recommend in a heartbeat!”

“I recently found a very senior Chocolate Siamese cat. Vet IQ was wonderful! Dr. Cantrell, Vet Assistant Alison, and the other wonderful assistants that helped were so caring. The costs were very reasonable to do lab work to make sure the kitty was healthy and safe to be around my other furry family members. They even checked him for a microchip but no luck. Vet IQ is a great alternative for your regular visit check ups and when you can't get into your regular vet. Thank you Vet IQ! I will definitely be visiting them again with my other pets. It's first come first serve but well worth it. They will call you when your next up so you don't have to sit there and wait.”

“My little buddy had a pretty bad ear infection. I needed to get him seen the same day. I called my regular vet who said maybe they could see him in 3 days because this was not an emergency. I called my best friends vet who refused to see him, at all. My other good friend had mentioned her vet was truly remarkable and he cared deeply for animals. I remembered she left his card on my fridge. I called Dr. Day's office where they took time to calm me down AND scheduled same day visit. They clearly care for the animals. They treated my boy with soo much care and love. They made sure he was comfortable and I was always in his sight. I was comforted by Dr.Day and his technicians as they explained in detail everything they were doing and why. They also fully explained then showed me a demo on how to make sure I care for my baby boy correctly. I've decided my baby boy has a new doc.. Dr. Day will be who I see and trust with my puppers from here on out. THANK YOU DR. DAY AND TEAM! If you need a vet that cares about your animal and has excellent bedside manner, give him a call.”

I was not a current "patient" with NR Vet, but the wonderful staff there worked with me to schedule in home euthanasia. “We have nothing but praise for Family Vet Care, Dr. Travis Wodiske and all the staff who've helped us over the past few weeks. Our 14 year old dog was suffering from an ACL tear. Due to her age, we were initially met with a grim outlook on her recovery potential from the first clinic we saw. We were nervous about putting her under for surgery and what her quality of life could be post-injury. From our first consult, going to Family Vet Care was the best decision we've ever made for her. Dr. Wodiske gave us the reassurance that we direly needed to address her treatment and come up with a plan. He presented a more effective surgical treatment option at a lower cost than the previous clinic we saw. We were immediately setup with an appointment for surgery, a game plan for pre-surgery care, medicine and, for the first time since the injury, optimism for her future. We opted for the TTA surgery and it was completed without any issues. We were again given an extensive plan with all the information we needed for physical therapy, recovery expectations, and everything we'd need to know to get her back to full health. We were also checked up on regularly post-surgery. As of today, our dog is still healing but from the outside is a picture of health. She is happy and energetic like we haven't seen in months. For dog owners in a similar situation: We ended up going with TTA surgery, which was explained to us as a more modern and effective alternative to TPLO surgery. This was not the only effective option presented to us, and may not be the option recommended for every situation. Our surgery was booked about a month out from the first consult. All post-surgical costs (check ups, medication, etc) was paid for on the day of surgery and totaled at just over $4,000. No surprise costs or complications down the road. I would highly, highly suggest booking a consultation with Family Vet Care to anybody in our situation, and am so glad we did. Thank you again to Dr. Wodiske, all the staff we've worked with, and everybody at Family Vet Care. We'll definitely be 'patients' at this clinic for a long time to come and recommend them to anybody we know.”

“We recently adopted a small chihuahua mix and were looking for him to get neutered. Unfortunately, our primary veterinarian was only taking names on a wait list. After about 2 months of waiting We decided to try around to other veterinary clinics. The first one I check out had a waiting list until September (this was in June). The next clinic I called was taking appointments for August. I decided to look at one more place and luckily they had an opening for the next business day! Booking was online which was super easy! I got him on the schedule and almost immediately got confirmation with detailed instructions. Everything on surgery day went great and he was even able to get his rabies shot done. I really wish I had found them sooner as I struggled to find a clinic that didn't have a crazy wait list. I would highly recommend this vet for spay/neutering or for basic vaccinations!”
