“My family of 5 really enjoyed this trip! Our guide, Morgan, was so awesome and knowledgeable! Robert was pleasant and made the booking super easy and accommodating. We were so excited and felt like we won the jackpot considering all the other outfitters had large groups and were congested. We had our own private tour and had a ton of space to roam the CO River!”

“Very clean, nice bathrooms with waterless urinals. Store has all kinds of drink and rreat selection, stuff that can be hard to find at typical stations. I got Subway here last year and it was good. Lottery machine inside takes cash or card. Tesla Supercharger out front is 250kw, very fast, never have had an issue there. Nice window cleaners and stocked towels outside.”

“As an employee of this SHELL station I guarantee we allow more than just drinks and food on your pilot rewards and do our best to take care of truckers first... please understand, we are ONLY pilot for truck diesel fuel otherwise the store and front pumps are SHELL ONLY hence why we have no showers or normal pilot standards. I hope to see many more people visit our store! Thank you!!!”

“The views are awesome, great for Harley rides. I went the speed limit the whole time ;-)”

“Great secluded spot. The road to 93 is a bit rough. Could use some arrows on the road to indicate the direction for the RV spaces. Bathroom and shower were like a sauna. Hook ups were good and easy to get to. RV space are more private than most. Your neighbors sewage line is no where near your picnic and front yard area.”

“I've visited with friends for boat rentals and kayak adventures. Willow Beach Harbor is setup for a nice river getaway from Vegas. When I hear the word beach, I think sand. There's no sand here, there's rocks, a river and plenty of amazing mountains scenery for the gram. If you're going to walk around in the water by the shoreline, I'd highly suggest some wearing water shoes. The shoreline is where most people set up canopies and start grilling when the weather allows for it. FYI, even during the hot summer days the river water is very cold for full on swimming. If you're cruising on the river via motorized boat, kayak, canoe, etc there's a good chance you'll be able to see some big horn sheep roaming around. The Marina building has a general store that has every water accessory that you forgot to buy or bring from home for the river. They're also pretty well stocked with water, beverages and snacks should you need them. Overall it's a pretty cool harbor to hang out for the day. Heading out in a kayak it's my biggest suggestion here as it's a great way to explore the river. Enjoy!”

“This was awesome!! Worthwhile hike but the turnoff is poorly marked and easily missed! No restrooms or water, so be prepared. The hikes are in canyons so the trails are not hard to follow. The hike is definitely a little more aggressive so be prepared for a little more than a walk. If you are in reasonable shape, this shouldn’t be too much of a problem. There is 20 foot ladder that you will need to climb and you do need to plan to be wet if you’re heading down to the Hot Springs if you want to make the full loop because the Hot Springs are about waist deep with no way around. AWESOME!!”

“It's pretty, but don't make it the focus of your trip. Enjoy the rest of the scenery and beautiful clear water the entire river has to offer.”

“Take at least 1 gallon of water per person per day. And a flashlight. Don't take your dogs, they won't make it up the ladder obviously. Its 7 miles round trip. The hike was great. The springs in the slot canyon was great. The river was great. No complaints. Just hike straight down into the canyon and turn left at the river. Its self explanatory with a couple signs to guide as well. I also did the Arch hike and its good exercise. The Arch trail starts in the canyon on the right. Look up and you'll see an obvious sign. Everything was blooming which I didn't expect. Even better.”

“A great place to stretch your arms and legs. The bridge is amazing. And so much faster than it was before. And with the freeway going around boulder city it's a lot easier and faster. It took over two hours and now it's like ten minutes. So much nicer.”

“We had a great hike! Fun and super worth it- just challenging enough. Bring water unless you want to die.”
