“I'm honestly very saddened my trip is over. It was hard to relinquish the keys to the condo! My wife, kids and I loved our stay here! We are planning on making this a yearly destination! The pool area was clean and the equipment was very nice. Our room was very roomy with lots of kitchen space to cook and separate rooms for our kids. I'm looking forward to next time!”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Provide complimentary water and snacks. Cafe on site for coffee and pastries and restaurant. The property includes a roof top patio and bar with amazing views. The rooms are large with a big walk in shower and floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. However some rooms you can hear the traffic. One downside is the property is valet only for $60 but they provide a QR code to text the valet which proved you an eta for your car so your not waiting.”

“The park has been newly paved and is in the process of being completely rehabbed. If you haven't been by lately stop in and check out the transformation The apartments have been remodeled, new kitchens, granite counter tops, new appliances, new AC/Heat, new bathrooms and new flooring. The new owners have replaced several homes and removed several of the older homes. There are homes available to rent to own.”

“This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.”

“We stayed in the Oasis area of the campground in early April. Beautiful section with spacious, paved sites. Bathhouses we’re immaculate. Nice private bathroom with shower. We loved it here so much we booked two weeks next year. Nice dog parks; one small one large. The only problem we had is on our last night two aggressive Dalmatians who were in the dog park. The owners did not have control of them and we had to leave with our golden retriever. Otherwise it was a very nice visit.”

“The best places to stay embody the place you are. Staying with Sally at Cactus Cove exceeds this with flying colors and we couldn’t imagine a better place to experience Tucson. The B&B’s setting with views of the Catalina Mountains and its own desert gardens, teaming with life from hummingbirds to unique cacti, have been carefully planned and cared for, making you feel like you are staying in an oasis the desert. Furthermore, we looked forward to the chance to get to know Sally over a gourmet, warm breakfast, prepared by her and Esther, served the beautiful patio each morning. Her warmth, thoughtfulness, worldly conversation, and good humor was a highlight of the trip itself. With only 3 rooms and serious procedures in place, we had no concerns about COVID while here and were able to fully enjoy our getaway. Trust us that you won’t regret your stay and will look forward for a chance to return.”

“Auntie Cathy is simply the BEST dog caregiver there is! She was recommended to us on very short notice and was so accommodating. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. She was so kind and patient with our shy dog and extremely thorough. (We could tell he loved her too!) Her policies and procedures put us at ease, and the daily updates with photos made us even happier. She also followed up with a wonderful card a few days later. Such a special and warm-hearted lady. We will definitely be calling Auntie Cathy for all future pet sitting next time we visit Tucson!”

“NEVER in a million years did I think our appointment with Steve at Jakubs & Son would have went the way it did. Let me back up. My sister and I just buried our dad on October 30, 2020 and we were DREADING this appointment. This was the first time we ever had to plan a funeral and being as we just lost our dad, we were very emotional. Our meeting with STEVE was amazing! My sister and I literally laughed the 2 1/2 hours we were there with him for our appointment. (We were just being us and of course it was also everything unorthodox we were planning... Pink Floyd theme...) We wanted to make dad's funeral a celebration of who he was and they truly helped us capture that. Steve even helped up hire a horse and carriage to take dad from the funeral home to the church the next morning. It's exactly what we needed and Steve made everything so easy for us. He was simply awesome and Dad looked unbelievable, as if he were sleeping. I would highly recommend Jakubs & Son for your loved one.”

“I liked having a separate concrete parking space from the RV concrete patio. Little street lights for homey feel, good wifi and full hook-up, gate guard in evenings-all for great price. Didn't visit clubhouse or other facilities as we were on the go every day but looked nice from outside. It's a good place to park and go.”

“We stayed at this campground on our way west, and liked it so we stopped again on our way back. The campground is pretty large and located on the county fairgrounds. Solid gravel sites with full hook-ups. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great value and reasonable rates. It has a small laundry room, with good appliances. Very accessible just off of the interstate.”
