“2 1/2 years ago we hired Justin of Tucson Roof Coatings to examine our 2800 sq. ft. flat roof because we had a very small leak. The roof has 39 solar panels installed on it, which have to be carefully avoided when performing repairs. He repaired the leak, plus built-up areas of the roof to prevent ponding, and guaranteed his work. He also advised that we should consider more thorough roof work, including complete patching, complete stucco repairs and new elastomeric coating in the future, and even gave us a written estimate - but insisted we didn't need it yet. Recently we decided to have the complete roof update done as a preventative measure - the roof showed no signs of leaking since the repair. Justin came out to inspect, and proposed the extensive work he had quoted on so long ago at the same price, no increase. We actually had him also do more extensive repair and painting of the stucco cracks, for a very slight upcharge. He was able to work us in to his schedule and start about two weeks later, and he was on-time on each of the 4 days that the work required. We are extremely satisfied with the result, the roof has never looked better, and we're confident that it will last a very long time. And when a time comes for any further roof maintenance we will be sure to call Tucson Roof Coatings.”

“We were in need of repair for a small section after a heavy downfall caused a little leak in our roof. Admiral was quick to respond when I called for an estimate for the repair and to replace our entire roof. They not only gave us the best quote, but were so quick to respond and work us into their schedule. Due to my husband's late work schedule, they were willing to meet us Friday evening, and today (Tuesday), the crew showed up right at 7am, and by 7:02 were on the roof tearing the old shingles off. They replaced the damaged wood where we had the leak, had the entire new roof installed, yard cleaned up and packed out by 12:40pm. Amazing job. Highly recommend!”

That was a major task requiring him and his team to detach the old boards from the roof deck, cut the rafter ends so the rain runoff would fall away from the boards, and install new boards and drip edging with spacer boards where necessary. They also upgraded the caulk around all the roof penetrations. He and his crew knew how to get the job done right and the results are excellent. If I needed a roofing repair I'd definitely call him.”
