“We hiked Old Baldy trail up to Josephine Saddle and back. It is a steady climb up, with some larger rocks, but the path is well maintained and moderately trafficked. It's a moderately difficult trail, takes about 60-90min to get to the Saddle, much faster down 🙂 there are some nice views along the way but it is largely obstructed with trees. Overall, a good hike!”

“I have been to 5 different Crossfit gyms in Arizona over the past 6 years and I've never gone out of my way to write a review for any of them. I will always recommend 646 to anyone who asks (they have two locations, one in Marana and one on River). The coaches are extremely knowledgable and professional. Whether you attend the 5AM or the 6PM, the coaches are always happy to be there and incredibly engaging. The members are also supportive, positive and hardworking. Matt, the owner writes the programming and it is by far the best I've ever seen at any CF gym as well. I've made more progress in two years at 646 than I did in my first 4 years at other gyms.”

I'm a big guy, still very overweight, and if I can do it, anyone can. Morgan was very well versed in the technique my daughter was interested in...she explained the technique and told us the difficulty of lightening dark, box colored hair into what we wanted. She worked my daughter into her schedule and turned that horrendous dark brown red hair into a beautiful, silky locks.
