I have an older tractor and it was really a stupid issue but it was a new tractor to me and I was frustrated. He gave me advice and followed up to see if it worked when it didn't work. He came out after a long day on a Sunday late afternoon. Spent an hour with me. Gave me some education and some good conversation. I was honestly expecting a scheduled appointment 2:00 to 3 weeks out...... It was such a simple fix thank goodness but the fact that he was willing to take on the job and take the time take the time made it feel like he actually cared and wanted to help.”
