I just bought my first brand spanking new 2023 Mazda CX30 and while I can do killer installs myself I just couldn't bring myself to start pulling interior and putting a sub in myself so I went to Cardinal and had them install a JL power wedge 12 inch sub with built-in amp. The install was done perfectly to the specifications I asked for. The sub is balanced perfectly to the stock system and is a dramatic improvement. “My daughter and I had replace the alternator on my car. However as soon as we got the belt on, it tightened and the wrench got stuck. No room to remove it. The car was drivable but I was afraid to drive around with a stuck wrench on it. I was afraid it would pop off and cause damage to the engine. I called and spoke with Matt. I had asked him how late are they open. (I was afraid to drive even 3 miles by myself and was waiting for my daughter to get off work) He asked what was the issue and I explained my situation. He offered to come out to my house and take a look at it. I told him I didn’t have any money at the time and I was so stressed out. I had missed work bc I was afraid to drive the car. Matt came out to my house and had that wrench off within five minutes. I wanted to give him a hug I was so happy!! I offered to pay him what I had and he accepted. I wish I could’ve given him more! They mounted and balanced them. Theres a years warranty on them. Guys it only cost 200.00. I paid 631.00 for 2 front tires 30 days prior from Big O. I could of had 6 tires!!! He was great at keeping us up to date with the status of the vehicle via text, set us up with a rental vehicle so they could order the part needed and also looked into a clicking noise that intermittently happens with the driver’s seat. (He even rode around in the parking lot with me in 110 degree heat with no AC so he could be sure to hear it!).
