“I had my floors replaced with a quality laminate floating floor. The initial salesman was Caleb. I basically told him about the floor that I saw elsewhere and asked him to show me something similar. As we looked at the samples he guided me to the proper type of floor that would be best for my needs. I have a tri-level home so there were alot of stairs involved. They came out beautifully. My kitchen was designed by Kelly at Builders Flooring. She did a great job with suggestions and helped to keep me within my budget. All of the installers, from the cabinets to the baseboards and the floor in-between were top notch, well qualified professionals. You can go anywhere to get good products but you can't get good service and follow up service just anywhere. I would recommend Builders Flooring and Decor to anyone.”

“Super Busy on Mondays. Basically packed to the extent people are squeezing past every 10 seconds. So maybe not the best day to go. Station to check electronics before you buy which is great if you can find the proper power adapter to fit electronic. Will usually be hanging on rack priced separately but still the prices were great though! And I was able to test before hand so I purchased. Self check out was a snap. No waiting in line (card only). Employees are always super helpful & quick when help is needed at checkout. Oh & book section for gradeschool & Up was high quality for used books.”

Dan gave me an initial quote over email, but wanted to come see the couch in person. After looking things over, he made suggestions on a path forward. He took the cushions with him and returned a few days later with a test cushion. We approved and he quickly changed the foam in the rest of the cushions. Fast, friendly, and professional work.
