“My daughter has enjoyed her classes here. I docked one star - considered docking two - because they offer a preview class that you have to pay for. This seems very odd to me. To draw in business wouldn't you want to offer that as complimentary? Secondly, after the preview class, we were told the instructor is supposed to come out and talk to you about the level you should enroll your child in. No one spoke to us. We just stood there for ten minutes and then left. The following week we came, and saw an instructor speaking in detail to another parent who is there for a preview class. Clearly they struggle with employee inconsistencies and communication. It shouldn't be difficult, the parents are literally standing right there.”

The yoga space is clean, orderly and also soothing. The other patrons seemed like regulars (I’m visiting from out of state); they were lovely to practice with, welcoming kind, and genuine. The instructor, Julie, was a practiced professional. Her voice is kind and confident. She invited you to honor your body as she guided us through a delightful series that took us gently and consistently deeper. My eyes were closed most of class but I could tell from her cues that she was mindfully attentive of her class, it felt deeply personal. What a great spot, so glad I found it.”

“After my complimentary workout (which Michael allowed me two) I was hooked. I immediately signed up. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for the students. The workout, from beginning to end, is amazing. The instructors encourage and motivate you. They offer many different types of classes. They not only have self-defense classes but offer a wide variety of fitness classes too. I love the family atmosphere and care they have for the students. “I struggled for years feeling like I was stuck drowning with no way out until I got my hormones tested and realized everything I thought was wrong in fact wasnt it at all.
