“We did not end up buying anything (actually had a return) but we shopped around specifically for shoes for the longest time. It wasn’t very busy and at first the workers were helping someone else. We waited our turn and found the kiosk to check for our sizes. Although ultimately the shoes that I tried did not fit as I’d like, Jazz, yes jazz like the music, was very helpful and very informative. While helping us and other customers he gave advice and bits of wisdom and asked lots of questions to better understand what we were looking for… We didn’t get a store feedback survey because we didn’t buy anything but Jazz is the kind of employee that should be recognized for his helpfulness! Everyone else was great as well. We felt bad that we didn’t buy anything from Jazz; he really knows his shoes. We also talked about the books we were reading, Star Wars, and the various chit chat that one makes with a sales associate while walking around trying on shoes. As another customer service worker (not in sales) sometimes customer or patron complements are few and far between. Satisfied people don’t tend to speak up. Thank you, Jazz. You were very helpful!”

“I had a great experience at Foot Solutions! My doctor recommended I get some good supportive tennis shoes for some problems I have been having and gave me a list of brands he trusts. While googling these brands and where I could find them I found that Foot Solutions Goodyear had all of them. I went in with no idea where to start and got great help. I believe it was Alex (I think he said he is the district manager) and he spent over an hour helping me find the perfect fit and support for what I needed. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I left feeling like I had the best option for me and so far they are great! I will absolutely return here the next time I need new shoes!”

I needed new cushions for my RV and they built them from scratch (foam and covers) perfectly. The recommendation on what foam to use was exactly what I was looking for. The Security Guard at the front door is always very kind and polite. Today was no exception. My mom got sick from taking a new medication. He offered her a place to sit down by shoes. He was very kind to us and everyone who came in the store. We were there around 10:00 am - 11:00am, today. Also, a very nice employee in the ladies restroom helped my mom to her shopping cart. “OMG, my two boys were acting wild in the store, they’re little. However, we were waited on and helped out with the most patience and regard that I’ve ever seen. My kids didn’t even bother the guys working, they made sure my son got the best fitted and most comfy shoes, and perfect, since my son is going to the boxing gym now regularly. They also helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my hubby. Although I had to return them because he has a wider foot than the doe was, they still took great care of me when I returned, made sure I left happy.
