“Ive used Axis, for 5 years, good Drs, regulated by management, some specialty referrals are in horrible locations, way to far away for elderly or handicap patients, then I was told by my Dr. I have to commute farther than that everyday! Well I can hardly get up and out of the car not to mention a ride for procedures that I will need to be put under some sort of sedation and wont beable to drive! The fact I have change my specialist every year because they keep changing the insurance and they phase out the specialist! All this is becoming way to much of a hardship for me to continue I may have to switch to someone else if the Ombudsman are not able to aid me or axis figures something out. I think they have some good PCPs thier. I like my Drs would like to keep them all!”

“So, after discovering the unnerving evidence of a hole under my kitchen sink, followed by the culprit, a RAT in my kitchen, I was less than calm when calling Dan at Rodent Pro. He and his team were amazing. They came out the very next day to inspect and found quite an extensive collection of entry and crawl space holes that said rat and his family and friends had chewed through and were now in the process of taking over my home. After my visible "freak out", I am grateful to Gil for calming me down and talking me through everything. “This is the first morning since 09/28/2020 that I have not been in pain or discomfort. I first should say that the receptionist (Lisa?) was amazing. When I called her I was completely crying ready to fly back to Oregon to see my previous dentist. I called at 11am and she got me an appointment at 1pm. Dr Andrew Sanchez DDS saw me for an emergency appointment. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist. When I arrived to the office I was a mess. I was in pain, discomfort, my head hurt, and my anxiety was at 1000. I was scared of being in more pain or my worst nightmare loosing a tooth. The office was very clean, my temp was taken, Covid questionnaires, seats marked for distance, a place for clean/dirty pens, and sanitizer available. I filled out all of my paperwork and was instructed to go back to X-rays. Then I was put in a room to wait for the Dentist. I explained as best I could what had happened to me in a complete panic attack in tears. Dr Sanchez then told me what he could do to help me. We then discussed what the plan of action can be in the future if needed. I have a follow up with Dr Sanchez in a 1.5 weeks. I enrolled my 3 sons for cleaning with him in 6 months as well as my husbands regular cleanings and deep cleanings. My stepmother and 2 sisters go to this office, she highly recommended this office to me.”
