“Springs is the best. The instructors are welcoming and supportive; and just as important, are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you have the best session possible. They will gently correct you, modify an exercise and explain what the exercise is meant to do. The routine changes all the time using all sorts of interesting equipment. Occasionally there are special speakers or events. The atmosphere is calming and extremely friendly. I have been going to Pilates with Kathy the owner for 8 years. I get a good workout and have some fun.”
