“I've been attending classes here for about 6 months. The space is great - a medium sized room with windows on three sides looking out into trees. The instructors are all very talented and with diverse ways of teaching yoga. I especially like the Sunday evening restorative Yin yoga classes with Jamie. Finally, there are three or four classes a day to choose from, so it's easy to find a class that meets my schedule.”
