“A&K towing towed my Scion FR-S yesterday and took it to a shop of my choice. I have never had such a great experience with a towing company EVER. the owner of the company himself came to help me out and was very humble , polite, educated and was clearly all about customer service. He assured me that he would get to the shop safe and timely. When we got to the shop he shook my hand and thanked me for my time. It surprised me because of how respectful he was. Simply a man that genuenly wants his business to do well by quality and honest work. I will 100% give them a call for a tow and if I ever need work done on a car. These guys will help you out without a doubt in my mind and more importantly they will give you an honest quote and will not waste your time nor will they up the price for anything. I’d give them 10 starts if possible.”

“I have one bad experience at this place I was waiting in line and the lady was helping a customer another customer came up and just cut me in line and the lady at the cash register didn't do anything.. if she had just told me that she was in the middle of helping this guy I would have said no problem but you didn't communicate that to me so all I saw was this guy cutting me in line and her not paying attention... After he was done she told me and I mention to her that it would have been nice to know that when he cut me... It seems Petty and I'm sure she was tired but communication is important!! I still give the place 5 stars because there is an older gentleman that is always very helpful and it is a great place to go if they have what you want!”

“Brought my old car in with a broken alternator belt early one morning without an appointment. They were able to take my car no problem. Asked me a few questions and gave me an estimate. Fixed it by the end of the day, and I also had them do an oil change while it was there. Staff was friendly and didn't try to sell me extra services I didn't need. The final bill was reasonable. All in all pleased with the service given and would come back again in the future.”
