“Couldn’t be happier with this service. Ordered 100ft of Bev Seal Ultra and some tail pieces on Thursday night. From Canada. Order was shipped on Friday and they chose a cheaper shipping option than I had selected and refunded the difference because they knew it was a better value for me with the same or quicker delivery time. Monday morning the shipment arrived at my front door. I will be buying from this company again. I am utterly amazed at the timing of this. Before going with The Chi Company I had a horrible experience with MicroMatic. The product they sold was terrible quality and a waste of my time and money. Their shipping cost me 3 times as much and took over a week to make it to my door. The follow up service from there was shockingly bad. Basically blaming me for their inferior product.”

“Local company so decided to use. Came out and was helpful in pointing out that concrete lids had been left when another company installed risers. Said handles were rusting and I should remove the concrete lids. He placed them somewhere I could take care of them later so I appreciate all that. Took time and cleaned the two tanks. The only thing I did not appreciate was when he placed the two riser lids on my lawn. In the length of time they were on the grass they killed my grass in big round spots! Surely Mike has done this enough to know they were going to kill the grass! Dirt was like 3’ away. Will probably use again but MAKE SURE LIDS ARE PLACED ON DIRT OR GRAVEL!”

“After secretly becoming a client of the local Center for Domestic Violence, after 25 years of secrets, I got courage and traumatically filed for divorce.
