“The staff , top to bottom cannot be beat in Fresno. I'm not one to heap praise on people like this but the manager has made sure my stay is beyond comfortable while allowing me to have privacy. The cleaning crew is fantastic. I try to not make a mess and what I can't take care of... It is done better than I can hope for. If I could stay here forever with these people I think I would. The rooms are spacious and pretty well equipped and the bathroom is designed just exactly the way I like. Glass doors to the ceiling and large. I'm in love with the remodeled rooms and am blessed to be here instead of some flea bag motel.i love this place. I am so sad that soon I will be leaving .”

“I was one of the long-term stay guests at the Residence Inn Northlake. Service was SUPER EXCELLENT from day 1 !!!!! I will rate it 10 stars because everything was twice as nice!! All the management and staff are very helpful and they brightened up my day with their ready greeting and smile!! With the length of my stay there, I considered them as family. “I was here for work last week and stayed 4 nights. On the 3rd night there i ran into an issue and brought it up to the hotel. Long story short, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my stay and were very friendly, polite, and courteous from the front desk workers all the way to the hotel manager. Everyone was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area and looking for a good nights sleep in a clean comfortable well taken care of environment. I have nothing but good things to say about this place since as i stated they were all amazing and went above and beyond like I have never had a hotel do before. I wish i could remember everyones names so I could mention them here. With all that being said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Got checked in super quick by some of the friendliest hotel staff ever. Got to the room and it was insanely clean! The bed is so comfy the pillows are not the flimsy ones that most hotels have when you look in this price range. The furniture is modern and well kept. For the price this hotel is definitely a great choice and it’s clearly worth it even if it’s just for one night away from your normal hustle and bustle. We will definitely be looking up this hotel chain for future travels!”

“Out of the motel 6's we've stayed at I'd have to say this was one of the better ones. Huge TV, more channels on the TV, the cleanest by far, the most grass areas for pets I've seen at any motel! Every member of the staff we met was very nice polite and kind.. Truly bummed that the pool appears to be closed-was really hoping it would be open.. Excellent location hidden right off highway 99 surrounded by places to eat, shopping..Would give ????? if the pool was open. Definitely recommended and have already booked our second stay..”

The management and staff are friendly and work very hard to keep bad crowds away I’ve noticed I stayed in the area at many other hotels but finally found a place where it’s clean, quiet and friendly and Safe .the tools and equipment in the parking lot where it matters the most to me and my employees out side vehicles and equipment are very secure and we never half to worry!Thank you for taking care of me and my team. Highly recommend to businesses owners and contractors and travelers!!! Everything we need mostly is on Shaw ave with in 1-5 miles so highly recommend this hotels.”
