“The staff , top to bottom cannot be beat in Fresno. I'm not one to heap praise on people like this but the manager has made sure my stay is beyond comfortable while allowing me to have privacy. The cleaning crew is fantastic. I try to not make a mess and what I can't take care of... It is done better than I can hope for. If I could stay here forever with these people I think I would. The rooms are spacious and pretty well equipped and the bathroom is designed just exactly the way I like. Glass doors to the ceiling and large. I'm in love with the remodeled rooms and am blessed to be here instead of some flea bag motel.i love this place. I am so sad that soon I will be leaving .”

“Excellent childcare! I have all 3 of my daughters at this school and they love it here. I am a mom who tends to have a crazy schedule and the staff at this location have always accommodated me. They have gone over and beyond to help me out and they always make sure my kids have a place to go. I've had my kids at different places, but by far this is the best place in Fresno. They are loving, warm, welcoming and they always make sure the kids are well taken care and safe. I'm very paranoid about who I leave my kids with, but I never have to worry when I leave them here. I can not speak highly enough about this place. They also take supportive services and pick up kids from near by elementary schools so parents don't have to leave work early. Ms Julie, Ms Sabrina, Ms Marissa n Ms Nicole are all excellent. There's a lot more great staff but these ladies come to my mind first 😁”

“I am a first time visitor to Heiner Hearing Center, and I must say, my experience was very positive. I was told that I needed to have my ears cleared of ear wax, and I found Heiner online, called and booked an appointment. This was the only negative that I had, because the nearest appointment was several weeks away (in a way, this is a compliment, because they are very busy). They put me on a cancellation list, and I was able to get in early! The Doc is a great guy. He's very friendly and explains the procedure in advance very well. My problem as completely taken care of with great dispatch! There was some pain during the second ear and Doctor Stark, watching me carefully, paused to let me rest when it as a bit intense (not too bad, really). The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Heiner Hearing Center.”
