  Loved their customer service, Medka remembers your name and is so helpful plus they wash your car as you leave. The waiting room and bathroom were nice and clean. They are great with the social distancing/masks and have an office to work.

  Outstanding service time after time.
  
  The service team have won me over during the first 25k maintenance visits. In December 2019 my catalytic converter was stolen while my truck was parked at the Kern County Museum two days before we were to leave for a big trip we planned in Utah. Medka and the service team worked hard to meet with the insurance adjuster and get a new part ordered the same day so it could be installed the following day. It would be easy to dismiss everything working out as a simple Christmas miracle, but I know that if it were not for Medka and the service team working hard to get everything in place, we would not have been able to take our truck out to the red desert. Thank you so much Medka and all service team members!
