(July 3, 2020, 3:08 pm)Excellent service and a spacious, comfortable facility, to boot. They took in my car, printed my paperwork, gave me an accurate wait time, and delivered my car back to me with no hassles. Jose, my service manager, was very professional, and I did not get the impression that he was trying to upsale me on anything. Instead, they simply changed my oil, filled my tires, ran diagnostics, and had me out the door. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience (much better than previous experiences I had at Bakersfield Mazda). Can't say enough good things about Bill Wright.
