“had a problem with my 2009 Audi A4 and I took it to two different certified Audi VW shops and they both could not figure out the problem . One of the shops tried to fool me to pay $520 by replacing the fuel sensor, but I did not pay anything. I took it to Audi Bakersfield and unfortunately they kept the car for two days and could not find the problem either. I found BSR online and told myself, let me give it a try. Taht's when I met Alex and Augustine. Alex was responsible to fix my car and he told me from the beginning that he will find the problem, which must be an electrical issue. Finally Alex gave me a call that the cluster needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. He replaced the cluster and made sure everything was alright and he called twice after i took the car to make sure if everything is alright. After this experience, this is the only shop I trust in Bakersfield. Overwhelming, helpful and experts.”

Jose, my service manager, was very professional, and I did not get the impression that he was trying to upsale me on anything. Instead, they simply changed my oil, filled my tires, ran diagnostics, and had me out the door. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience (much better than previous experiences I had at Bakersfield Mazda). Can't say enough good things about Bill Wright.”

Every time I have called, I have been able to speak with Mike (owner) directly which is very comforting knowing the owner cares about his customers on a personal level. He was able to get my truck in and out the same day so that I did not have to be without a vehicle for multiple days.
