Their associate Allen, is very personable and helpful. Instead of finding ways to charge me more, he found options that would save me money. I have pets and he showed me flooring that will accommodate my pets needs. He was even patient with me when I changed my mind at the last minute on flooring and carpet shades. I made a good choice with this business. I recommend highly. I will add photos after work is completed on my single family 2 story home. From carpets to Waterproof Vinyl Planks, my floors look great! “Great experience. Sales person, Kevin, did a good job of greeting, letting us browse, but available when we needed to ask questions. Since it is an outlet, you have to visit there more than once, as new merchandise comes out on the floor continuously. Merchandise is scratch, dent, returns, etc. Our purchase of a chair and a half with ottoman was great and at a great price. We were able to pick up after purchase. They helped us load. Very pleased with our purchase.”

“We were looking for a new dining table and we decided to go to Ashley furniture down the street since we've purchased from there before. However, we walked away unhappy. Their customer service that day wasn't the greatest. The prices for some dining tables we're quite steep given all of the product is manufactured overseas. We found Beverly Home Furnishings on our way to another furniture store and we were beyond HAPPY with the service provided by the owner. She really took her time and walked around the showroom showing us the different options they had available. The delivery service provided was also EXCEPTIONAL. They we're on time, helped get everything set up and made sure everything was perfect before they left. We're already planning to come back here for additional furniture we will be needing soon.”

“I’ve been here twice in the last month and both times carolyne has helped me. The first time I had to get dressers for my kids to match their bed. The second time I needed a desk for one of the kids and ended up with a desk and a rug! Can’t complain one bit.
