“My mother was 97 years old when she first went to this facility. She lived there 1 year and 1 week. I can't say enough good things about the loving and caring staff there! They truly care about the residents and make every effort to make sure that their every need is met. The meals are delicious and homemade. The facility is super clean and there are never foul odors of any kind. While my mother was there my father and I visited her every single day. Not for 20 or 30 minutes but for 3-5 hours at a time. We were always treated as family and made to feel welcome. Frequently we ate supper with mom and the other residents. I know first hand what a wonderful, wonderful establishment this is. I highly recommend it.”

“Went here today 4/16/2023 girl working the window was awful and rude. Asked me if I wanted hot sauce, I told her yes. She "tossed/threw" my bags of food into my window and didn't even give me hot sauce. Shut the window in my face and didn't open it back up. I was left to walk back inside to get what I needed. I live out of state and was just driving through on the way home. Definitely wouldn't go back wether I lived in the area or not. Food was good but service definitely NEEDS REVAMPED!!!!”

“The organist played the hymns like dirges instead of uptempo, which upset my Aunt, but I am glad that they have kept my family for generations now and haven't lost a single urn.”

“We flew in from Washington state to attend a family function in Pasadena and visited Mt. View to see the graves of many family members and some friends. The cemetery itself is so beautiful with the eucalyptus trees all around and the hills in the background. We stopped in the office to get maps of the grounds and met Jim and then Denny who brought us in and printed everything we needed to locate the plots on our list. Denny took us out to the first one and then we chose to go to the rest on our own but he was willing to help us find them all - and there was quite a list. There were employees working out in the cemetery that we could contact at any time to get further help if needed - and we did at one point. They were very nice and explained how to find the markers in further detail that helped us. Jim also has created a searchable database online that is the only reason I found the death date and burial location of my great great grandfather. He has other online tools on the Mt. View website that pinpoint the grave location within the cemetery since it is so large. The cemetery has a beautiful, calm feeling and I know our friends and relatives are resting peacefully there and are well taken care of.”
