“I agree with all the other 5⭐ reviews. Sheetal is amazing! I've done group Pilates for a few years, but her one-on-one classes are something else. I have some old injuries and issues (and I'm naturally lazy); she makes adjustments to strengthen without exacerbating the pain or my mental anguish at having to exercise. The benefits of her class sneak up on you. One day, getting up from the sofa is just easier, like you're springing up instead of grunting up. After a couple of months, I picked up a cast iron pan with my left hand, which was always a struggle, and suddenly realized I was lifting it with no problem. One-on-one classes are not cheap, but Sheetal is worth every penny. And she has a great sense of humor.”

Not only does she teach about the mechanics of good posture and how to get there, but after each session (I've attended twice) I notice that I am much more aware of the nuances of my posture and and how to make even slight adjustments to feel better. Her studio is a lovely and peaceful place and she is very positive and encouraging. Highly recommended!!!”
