“WOW! I so wish I'd known about this place SOONER! What gorgeous golf course views! The tables were all very clean-looking, and we got served with kindness & smiles! NOT a very large Menu, but if you're just looking for a quick fix with a view, this place has it! VERY reasonable prices, great for grabbing a coke or a coffee too.”

“Came here for lunch at around 1pm and there was no wait for a seat so that was great. We ordered the House Special Fried Noodle w/ Fried Boiled Pork Knife Cut Style (15.50), Wife Special Noodle (15.50), Special Beef Noodle Soup spicy (16.99), and Green Onion Pancake (7.99). As our first time here, we ordered quite a lot for only 3 people after seeing how delicious they looked in the menu. The food was served one after another in about 20 minutes. The beef noodles was served last. All the dishes were good but my favorite was the knife cut noodles and the wife noodles. The knife cut noodles had a unique flavor but did get a bit greasy as it sat there longer while we ate the other dishes. The wife noodles tasted more like tomatoes but it was pretty good. All the noodles had good texture and were flavorful but not salty. The beef noodles tasted just average for being the most expensive dish. Note that it said it is spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. As for the green onion pancake, it was crispy and authentic tasting. The portions for all of them were all reasonable for the price. They were quite generous with the amount of meat for the dishes. I did not really like the texture of the beef in the noodle soup though. Also lots of noodles! We had leftovers to take home at the end even though we tried to eat as much as we could. This noodle place overall feels authentic and homey. The service is great and I believe it is family run. I can see how they have been opened for so long. I would definitely come back again for lunch or takeout! Support small businesses!”

“This place is the only all you can eat AYCE dumpling restaurant I saw in San Gabriel. It's a small hole in a wall mom and pop shop and you can even see an elderly couple making the dumplings when you enter the restaurant. The place is small. When I came in, no one spoke english. One of the waitress came with a translator machine and that was the first time I communicated with one of the staff. Someone came over and put a pot of boiling water on the portable stove on our table. We are given a big tray with ladle. The dumplings are on trays of 8 pcs and I thought we have to grab each tray. I was wrong. I grabbed 5 trays of different dumplings so I got full adter eating 40. I didn't know that I need to use the BIG tray that is put on the table with a big ladle. You will use that tray to pick the dumplings you want from the freezer and put it on your tray. You will then boil these dumplings until they float. Wait for a few more minutes to cook the internal of the dumplings. There are also some appetizers like kimchi, eggplant, bean sprouts and fish balls on the other side of the freezer. There are black, red vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and chili oil that you can mix for the dumpling sauce. The dumplings are delicious and fresh. We tried their beef, shrimp and vegetable dumplings. This place is worth it if you have the big appetite to eat dumplings. But they have a limit. Only 1 hour for AYCE dumplings.”

“The fried chicken had a nice crunch and was cooked through. I would have preferred the rose tteokbokki to have a little more kick to it. It’s a good place to stop by after shopping at H Mart:)”

“I kept nodding my head when having the food there. The fried pork cutlet was superb! I normally don't order this item, fearing it would be dry and hard. This wasn't the case at all with Sesame Grill! It also came with terrific curry soup. Their fried chicken was flavorful. Again, not dry at all! Third dish was shrimp fried rice. Shrimps were so tender! The price was so affordable that I even started to worry that they wouldn't be able to sustain. But the owner told me that they are very busy. For good reason! I will definitely come back with family and friends!!”

“Authentic chinese beef noodle place. Exhibition style kitchen behind the glass where you can see your noodles being hand made. Quite cozy atmosphere, since the place is on the smaller side. Bowls are quite big, could have been easily shared. The cold side dishes were really good as well.”

“This is a cake shop from China. The taste is very delicious. The taste is better than that of American cake shops, but not as sweet as American cakes. The lobby of the shop is very beautiful and clean. Many customers come to buy. It is a cake shop that my children and I like.”

“Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Mango Set Snow which comes with mango flavored ice, mango, rice ball, and condensed milk. Loved the texture of the snow since it is fluffier and smoother than shaved ice. They had the toppings on the side with condensed milk so it was a bit difficult to get the additional condensed milk onto the snow... Wish there was a bit more rice balls but yummy dessert overall Ambience: 3/5 - half empty shop with a huge section blocked off. The tables were sticky and the furniture looks worn. Not the restaurant‘s fault but lots of screaming high school kids so not too fun of an environment to be in (I feel so old just writing that…) Service: 4/5 - they were slammed with coming out with orders so while there was no one in front of us, we did have to wait a bit. The poor cashier was on a crutch and trying to move around and work one handed. It took about 25 minutes to get the food Value for price: 4/5 - a bit pricey for such a simple dessert with minimal toppings. Would consider again should the craving hit but definitely considering option for takeout”

“Nice ambiance! It looks unassuming from the outside, but once you get in, the atmosphere looks almost like a fine dining. There are several sections that offer some privacy for certain occasions which is cool and for the casual eater, there is a bar area. The food is good and our waiter was very attentive. As an added “attraction,” there is a person who demonstrates his noodle making skills. I agree with other reviewers that prices are on the high side. This place works well for special occasions.”

“New place opened after Covid. This is the old location of Bento-Ya where they closed down during Covid. Very excited to see a new restaurant opens up. Flavor Fusions serve fusion Japanese food. Everything on the menu is awesome! I love the outdoor patio for dine-in. Yes they only have outdoor seating, no indoor. Which is nice for the weather lately around 60's to 70's. Well I can't imagine how we can eat there later in the summer when the weather is gonna go up to 90's-100's! We order two drinks and two food this time: Drinks: 1. The well-known drink here - Ovaltine Volcano. Taste exactly like what we had when we were little. Sweet and creamy! 2. Passion Fruit Green Tea - I had it less sweet less sugar. Perfect amount of sweetness and very tasty. Food: 1. Udon Carbonara - Very creamy and greta taste. It's just the size is smaller then a usual dish. But I think with the price you pay, this is valuable. 2. Ebi (shrimp) Katsu Sandwich - The shrimp Katsu is crunchy outside and juicy inside. The white bread they use is not like those store bought loaf bread. Very soft and milky. A very cute Japanese Fusion place. Very reasonable price without lowering the quality. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Ordered Mole Enchilada, chicken tacos, fish tacos, and guacamole to share between 4 people, with a lot of food left. They provide free refills on corn chips and salsas, and all of their non-alc drinks. Huge portions and great service, but flavour of food is just ok. Fish tacos were the best out of our selection.”

“I LOVE this hotpot spot! It’s one of my favorite AYCE restaurants because their broths are tasty, meats are high quality and sides are delicious. On top of that, they offer boba and free ice cream dessert. Place gets very crowded so reservations are needed in advance to secure a spot. They have a 2 hour time limit. Went during lunch time at 1pm, the place closes at 3pm for lunch and reopens at 5pm for dinner. Parking is available at the back lot. One thing note is that they charge tip to your order.”

“While each of the ingredient is not amazing, they work together very well to make a delicious bowl of authentic ramen. The noodle was good and cooked just rice. Their broth was delicious and has the right amount of saltiness. It took only 5 minutes upon order for the food to arrive. Price was reasonable.”

“I really like this place - food was excellent and service was fast. They don’t do carts here - you fill out a sheet and they’ll bring out your order. Parking lot is pretty big but shared with a bunch of other businesses. We got tripe, Shu Mai, spare ribs, chicken feet, shrimp balls and salted egg yolk custard buns (my personal favorite) - delish.”

“Wow! Very high quality sushi at this place! You can tell right away from the quality of the ginger they use. There might be a line to wait for a table but it is totally worth it. The specialty rolls have some great unique combinations and they are plenty big for the price. Our waitress was very nice and the food came out super quick for how busy it was. Tons of take out orders and they still manage to take care of the dine in customers at a great pace. The restaurant has some really cool decor and a great vibe. It’s a little small and the tables are packed pretty close so be aware if you don’t want to sit close to other people. Definitely check this place out!!”

“Ordered the Angus beef steak with shrimp over spaghetti in white truffle oil sauce and an iced lemon iced tea. It was delicious. Plenty of parking and friendly service from the female waitress. Would definitely come again.”

“The food was great. Kiddos wolfed down the dumplings, especially the juicy chicken ones. Hot & sour egg drop soup wasn't too spicy and was really flavorful. My 4 year old discovered that she likes shrimp by having it from the combination fried rice. The bathroom is accessed by leaving the restaurant, going around the back to the parking lot and through the first door, then down the stairs. It's the door in front of the stairs, the other one goes to the kitchen. Bear this in mind if you're coming here with children.”

“I’ve been wanting to try Taco Lita for awhile now and I finally gave it a shot! It definitely did not disappoint! Everyone that works is there is incredibly nice and has amazing customer service! The Tacos were delicious. We got the crunchy taco combo, 3 tacos and a drink for $8.99. The inside is very cool and retro. This place has been there since 1967 and still going strong. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Delicious food, hospitable staff, romantic and warm ambiance, vintage vibes. I love horses and this place really fits the Derby themes. I came in for a dinner date night, and was surprised when I stepped inside. It may look lowkey from the outside, but the interior inside and the dining venues are terrific. Candle lit on every table, decorative horses and horseback racing gears, and a fire place really added to the antique atmosphere. Old-fashioned centurion yet sophisticated. There are plenty of parking, and it’s very easy to navigate. 💯🐎🏇🏻❤️”

“First time there & it was good! Nice friendly customer service! Ordered chili fries, cheeseburger & lemonade. The lemonade was AWSOME!!!! FRESHLY SQUEEZED tasted & reminded me of my grandma's lemonade. Go check em out a good variety of items on their menu. All the food tasted fresh not frozen! I'll be back there again!!!”

“Their boba drinks were good. My avocado smoothy was very yummy. It was made with real ripe avocado and it was not too sweet, just perfect to my liking. I also ordered duck liver and Napa cabbage with sesame sauce for to go. It was also very tasty. I craved for their food and drinks. I have been ordering their refreshing teas regularly.”

“OMG!! If you love iced coffee that's better than starbucks you need to pay this place a visit! I got their house iced caramel coffee and it was unbelievable!! Great and flavorful that comes in a super cute plastic cup. My favorite is the black cup. They also have lots of other flavors of coffee, tea, and hot food that you can order. Great place for outside dining and conversations. Definitely found my new iced coffee house.”

“Didn’t make a reservation and waited about 2.5 hours on a Friday night, best to make a reservation if you don’t want to wait. However the service was extremely fast and staff is amazing. Everything comes in great portions and tasting amazing. Seating atmosphere is relaxing and was very comfortable to eat there. Definitely recommend if you live dumplings and other great Asian food!”

“Good: great value (if take into account of California pricing), noodle was great. Like the menu item#1 and #2. Opportunities for improvement: went there three times. At least two times, there were no other customers ahead of me, but the chef won't cook my food immediately, instead he took his time to prep/cook other things.”

“Tried this new spicy hotpot restaurant today. You can select any topings, noodle and meat you like. And then you choose beef or tomato soup base. They weigh whatever you choose on a scale. I think mine is like 1.3 pounds and it cost me about $18. I chose mild spiciness and that is the same level as Korean instant noodle by Nongshim, Bowl Noodle Souo Hot and Spicy flavor.”

“The staff are extremely nice and friendly; they go above and beyond to provide the world class customer experience. I got a coffee for my friend who came late. The barista was so nice and offered to re make the coffee for my friend so it’s fresh and hot. My friend’s 2 year old baby accidentally broke a mug, the staff was super nice about it. Not only that, he came to offer some snacks for the baby and ensured we were okay. Can’t say enough about the staff here; Amazing!”

“An absolute treat for Mexican food. It’s a neighborhood hidden gem. I haven’t done a review on this restaurant and decided to do one today. Family owned and always busy with great prices for the tacos and burritos. During lunch and dinner, Tons of people lined up for the food. Fried burrito and taco are must order items. Make sure to ask for different sauces. There are other Mexican foods in the menu, but we haven’t tried them yet. They offer specials on Tuesday wu the great deals. This place accepts cash only. Plenty of parking spots in the back of the restaurant.”

“Had a meat platter that I could not finish & took to my room.. But the lamb pieces were very hard to chew. I’d call this Punjabi restaurant run with all specialized North Indian food items on the menu. Taste is Ok, could improve. I liked it overall as it was right in front of my hotel. Server did recognize that I was spending on company account (somehow as I was not ordering the dishes he was recommending - I did not like that ).”
