He left late this summer, so another salesman stepped in for my next project. Talk about a disaster: no follow-through, inaccurate information, upping an existing quote when none of the specs changed, long delays not only in performing but just in getting information and returning calls; reliance on email and never getting it "right" withoutt even thinking to call; and to top it all off, an owner who upon hearing what was going wrong just blew off the feedback entirely. “Someone should tell the ppl that work at the call center that they aren't the parts COUNTER. I hate speaking to them because they just read n tell you what's on the computer. That's why I don't speak to them. Call center guy can't check if something is in the shelf or not. Call center guys if a customer asks for the parts counter, transfer them.”
